We love Grand Princess for her relaxed, friendly feel – she’s not the newest ship, but she’s known for warm service, tasty food and great value.

Onboard you’ll find:

The adults-only Sanctuary for quiet time and sea views.
Lotus Spa & fitness centre if you fancy a pamper or a workout.
Movies Under the Stars, pools and whirlpools for chilled evenings.
A good choice of bars, restaurants and that famously good Princess pizza.
Perfect if you want a laid‑back, classic cruise rather than super‑flash bells and whistles.

💡 Kat & Simon’s Tips & Hints
Pick your cabin wisely: Inside cabins are brilliant for budget and sleep (nice and dark!), but if you love sea views, ask us for Oceanview or Balcony upgrade options – sunsets in the South Pacific are something else.

Sea days = your reset days: Use them for spa time, a good book by the pool, or trying different eateries on board – the buffet and pizza stations are well‑rated.

Dravuni Island: This tiny slice of paradise is reached by water shuttle and has limited wheelchair access, so it’s best for those with good mobility and who love beaches and snorkeling.

Lautoka & Suva, Fiji: Great for markets, local crafts and a taste of real Fijian life – bring a small backpack, water and comfy walking shoes.

Port Vila, Vanuatu: Ideal for excursions – think waterfalls, cultural villages and beautiful views.

Brisbane: Coffee lovers, this is your stop – try a cafe near the port before re‑boarding.
